You can always learn more

Good morning world!

If you were at our breakfast table today, you would be enjoying a conversation about eating spankaroni. Kids are imaginative and amazing. How dull would this world be without them?

I can't wait to get this Iron Mom party started. I am waiting for some interview forms to come back right now and I have been doing research on other information sources that I can funnel through this blog to help boost some awareness about childhood illnesses!

So I have two things for you today. Do you know anyone who would be willing to share their story? If so, have them contact me here at the site or send me an email at karen@littleironmom.com.

Second, I have found this little organization called "Speak Now" that discusses medicaid. Most often in relation to how it helps kids. My narrow-minded view has always thought "old people" when I hear medicaid, but I have read several stories through their fan page and site that have helped me understand more about medicaid for kids.

I will share one of those for today. Click here.

Happy Thursday!
